Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Given our commitment to swift order processing, any change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests received beyond this time frame will not be accommodated. However, should you wish to make alterations after receiving your order, returns for a full refund are accepted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, with shipping taking place the following day after processing. Please note that we do not process orders over the weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, please anticipate an estimated delivery window of 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order has not been received within 30 days after shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.
